T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE is a platform for discovering and sharing AI-generated and AI-assisted music. Human creativity, honest disclosure and respect for other creators are central to this community.

By creating an account, uploading content or using the platform, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Be Transparent About AI

Every uploaded track must include an accurate AI contribution label:

• Human-written lyrics + AI music
• Human vocals + AI production
• Human and AI collaboration
• Fully AI-generated
• AI instrumental
• AI-assisted editing

Creators must identify the principal AI tool used to create the track.

Do not falsely describe fully AI-generated work as entirely human-made. Do not falsely label human work as AI-generated to mislead listeners.

2. Upload Only What You Have the Right to Use

You may upload a track only when you have the necessary rights or permission to publish:

• the audio recording;
• the lyrics;
• the cover artwork;
• any voice, image or likeness used;
• samples and other incorporated material.

Uploading content does not transfer ownership to T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE. You grant the platform only the limited permission needed to host, stream, display, promote and technically process your content.

You remain responsible for the content you upload.

3. No Voice or Identity Impersonation

Do not imitate, clone or deliberately reproduce an identifiable person’s voice without their clear permission.

Do not present an AI character as a real person. Do not falsely claim that a public figure, musician or other individual participated in a track.

Parody must be clearly labelled and must still comply with applicable law.

4. No Copyright Infringement

Do not upload:

• copied lyrics without permission;
• copyrighted instrumentals or samples without permission;
• unofficial remixes that you have no right to distribute;
• melodies deliberately copied from an existing track;
• artwork taken from another creator;
• content removed from another service and uploaded as your own.

Similar genres, instruments and general musical ideas are allowed. Copying a protected recording, lyric, melody or distinctive performance is not.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• child sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors;
• terrorist propaganda or instructions supporting violent extremism;
• credible threats of violence;
• content encouraging suicide or serious self-harm;
• non-consensual sexual content;
• targeted harassment, stalking or doxxing;
• hate speech attacking people because of protected characteristics;
• fraud, scams, phishing or malicious links;
• instructions intended to facilitate serious criminal activity;
• malware or harmful files;
• illegal content.

Artistic discussion of difficult subjects may be allowed when it does not praise, instruct or directly encourage real-world harm.

6. Mature Content

Sexual themes, graphic violence, strong language and disturbing themes must be labelled as Explicit or Mature.

Cover artwork visible outside mature-content areas must not contain explicit nudity, graphic injury or shocking imagery.

T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE may restrict, hide or remove mature content when its labelling is inaccurate or when the content creates a safety risk.

7. Respect Other Users

Do not:

• threaten or repeatedly insult users;
• target creators with coordinated harassment;
• publish another person’s private information;
• manipulate reviews, comments or ratings;
• create accounts to evade a suspension;
• send unwanted promotional messages;
• impersonate platform staff or another creator.

Criticism of music is allowed. Personal abuse is not.

8. No Fake Engagement

Do not purchase, automate or manipulate:

• streams;
• likes;
• followers;
• comments;
• playlist placements;
• chart positions.

Bot activity, stream farms, repeated artificial playback and coordinated manipulation may result in removal of tracks, loss of earnings or account suspension.

9. Accurate Metadata

Track titles, artist names, genres, credits and AI disclosures must be accurate.

Do not use another artist’s name, a misleading collaboration credit or unrelated popular keywords to attract searches.

Do not upload identical or nearly identical tracks repeatedly.

10. Commercial Rights Declaration

Before publishing a track, the creator must confirm:

“I confirm that I have the right to publish this audio, artwork and lyrics. I have accurately disclosed the use of AI and have permission for every identifiable voice or likeness included in this release.”

A declaration does not guarantee that content is lawful. The uploader remains responsible for verifying their rights.

11. Reporting Content

Users can report content for:

• copyright infringement;
• copied lyrics or melody;
• unauthorised voice or likeness;
• false AI disclosure;
• illegal or harmful content;
• harassment;
• spam or fake engagement.

Reports must be made honestly. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may result in account restrictions.

12. Review and Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE may:

• add or correct a content label;
• limit discovery or visibility;
• temporarily hide a track;
• remove content;
• suspend platform features;
• suspend or permanently close an account;
• preserve relevant information when legally required;
• report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authority.

Enforcement will consider severity, context, previous violations and risks to other users.

Immediate action may be taken when content presents a credible safety or legal risk.

13. Appeals

Creators may appeal a content removal or account restriction through the platform’s appeal form.

An appeal must identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered. Repeated duplicate appeals or abusive submissions may be closed without further review.

Successful appeals may restore the affected content or account. Restoration is not guaranteed.

14. Platform Availability and Earnings

Publishing a track does not guarantee:

• streams;
• discovery;
• promotion;
• playlist placement;
• revenue;
• continued availability.

If monetisation is introduced, separate monetisation terms will explain eligibility, revenue calculation, payment thresholds, fraud deductions and tax responsibilities.

15. Age Requirement

The initial version of T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE is intended only for users aged 18 or older.

Users must not create an account if they are below the minimum age stated during registration.

16. Rule Changes

These rules may be updated as the platform develops, laws change or new risks are identified.

Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after the effective date means that the updated rules apply.

17. Events, Channels and Submissions

Channel approval and submission limits exist to keep T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE fair, useful and enjoyable. They reduce repeated promotion, duplicate uploads, automated spam and unrelated submissions. Event entries are reviewed to confirm that they match the announced theme and basic participation requirements. Approval does not mean that T_IN_N SOUNDSPACE endorses the song or guarantees its copyright status, quality, visibility or success.

• Submit only songs from a channel you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not submit the same song through multiple accounts.
• Do not create extra accounts to bypass submission limits.
• Do not buy, exchange or automate ratings.
• Do not pressure users to give a specific score.
• Songs must reasonably match the event theme.
• AI involvement and human contribution must be disclosed honestly.
• Explicit, misleading, illegal or rights-infringing content may be removed.
• Administrators may reject submissions that are unrelated, deceptive, duplicated or clearly submitted only for promotion.
• Personal taste alone should not be the reason for moderator rejection.
• Moderation decisions must be connected to published event rules.
• Artists must have access to a clear appeal process.
• Repeated rule violations may result in temporary or permanent submission restrictions.
